Position: Admissions Representative (Hybrid)
Salary: $55,000 - $63,000/Annually

Ideal Candidates:
We are looking for a motivated professional with admissions or heavy outbound calling experience who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment. A proactive and collaborative mindset will be key for success in this role.
Role Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Communication:
- Promptly manage inquiries and engage with potential students - Make 100+ outbound calls per day to potential students requesting information regarding the organization, programs, career paths, etc.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and secure enrollment - Enroll an average of 22 students per enrollment period.
Onboarding:
- Guide new students through online orientation up until the first few weeks of class to ensure a smooth transition and satisfaction.
Lead Generation & Collaboration:
- Secure referrals and track prospective students.
- Work closely with colleagues to analyze data and improve processes.
Goal Tracking:
- Achieve weekly performance benchmarks.
- Offer projections for new student enrollments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months in an admissions role or have previous experience in a high call volume environment
- Intrinsically motivated and metrics driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability and responsiveness to feedback
